Chinese smartphone company Xiaomi has finally launched the Mi Mix 2 in India at an event held in Delhi for Rs 35,999 for the 6 GB RAM and 128 GB ROM variant.
Sporting a ceramic body, the smartphone features a 5.99 inch Full HD+ Display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and bezels narrower than its predecessor.
Under the hood, the device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 mobile chipset with eight cores, paired with a 6 GB RAM. The SoC is clocked at 2.45 GHz. The internal storage capacity is 128 GB.
The smartphone runs on Android 7.1 Nougat with MIUI 9 on top of it, and supports dual SIM, 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11ac dual band, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, and USB Type C.
On the camera end, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 comes with a 12 MP rear camera module with a Sony IMX386 sensor and a 5 MP fornt facing camera for selfies. It also comes with a 3,400 mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support.
Speaking about it’s availability, it is worth mentioning that the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 would be exclusively available on Flipkart and the company’s very own store Mi.com, starting from Oct 17. You can also purchase it from Mi Home and offline retail stores from November first week onwards.
